Based in Dublin, giving easy access to the rest of the country, I am a wedding photographer whose style encompasses both reportage and fine art. Employing discretion and an easy going nature, I aim to photograph your wedding subtly, while putting you at ease, making you laugh, and only using the most gentle of direction.

Starting during Bridal preparation, I begin telling the story of your day, capturing the laughter, the joy-filled tears, and everything in between. I photograph the events of the day as they unfold, while also taking you aside for as many or little couple portraits as you like.

In addition to creating beautiful images, I want your wedding photographs to be a reminder of your day, from the small details to the big moments.

"Carol was Amazing!!! We would have no hesitation in recommending her to any would be Mr & Mrs. From the moment we arranged our engagement shoot, albeit 3 years after we got engaged, to the day of the wedding, Carol was brilliant. She talked us through how she worked and how to pose, as well as capturing who we are. We're very laid back and don't tend to take things too seriously, and some of the shots from the engagement and wedding, just show how relaxed and how much fun we had. Carol recommended a "first look shoot" due to the time limitations we had on our wedding day, and I can honestly say we're not sorry we did that. It captured the moment perfectly and gave us time with our guests during cocktail & canape hour, that otherwise we would have missed. All our guests have commented on how amazing & natural the pictures are, so a huge THANK YOU from Mr & Mrs Dunphy xxx"

"Carol is a lovely person, very easy to deal with and puts you at ease in front of the camera. The engagement shoot is a great way of introducing you to the unusual experience of being in a photoshoot! It's also a good time to chat with Carol and go over all the details of what you hope to achieve on the Wedding Day! Despite a fairly dull, cold day in May weather wise we have lots of beautiful, warm, colourful and natural photos to choose from, the only problem we have is picking just one to frame!"

"I couldn't be happier with both my engagement and wedding photos. Carol managed to capture the essence of our day and all the photos had a very natural look to them, which was what we wanted! It was a sunny day but bitterly cold and Carol managed to adapt, on the spot, to the cold temperatures, so we got the shots we wanted but weren't exposed to the elements for too long. I would highly recommend Carol to anyone. She was professional, discreet and captured all the perfect little moments that made up our day."

"My husband and I decided to elope in Ireland and we got introduced to Carol as a potential photographer. We started emailing and instantly I knew we had similar visions. I told her a bit about us and what we would like out of our pictures and it was like we already knew each other. Carol went above and beyond for us and went to scope out our picture venues a week ahead, since we couldn't. We are also not people who like posey pictures or taking pictures of ourselves at all, but carol made us feel very comfortable, she caught us in our sweet intimate moments which made for gorgeous pictures. People ask me all the time who my photographer was because they love my pictures so much I even had the owner of the spa I go to ask to use one for her booth at a bridal expo....they called it our perfume ad.

I would recommend Carol to everyone, if she lived here she would be booked all the time. Carol definitely captured our special day perfectly. There are photographers who have a nice camera and then photographers like Carol who have a great eye. We had so much fun, it made our day so special to be able to have amazing pictures to show our friends and family. Happy wedding days everyone!"
